Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 6-14 years; myopia spherical equivalent degree: -1.25D to - 6.0D(-0.75D to -2.0D for 0.005% atropine group), astigmatism is less than 2.0D. The distance corrected visual acuity is greater than or equal to 0.8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital myopia and pathological myopia, premature and low birth weight myopia patients,with no other related myopia drugs and training method in the past six months; with significantly skew and other eye diseases; with ocular inflammatory; with history of ocular trauma, with history of ocular surgery, systemic or ocular implement qualitative sex pathological change.
