Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. there is no obvious preoperatively with cognitive impairment; 2. to cooperate to complete inventory; 3. using stopped downward valve replacement, extracorporeal circulation of coronary bypass surgery; 4. with no history of craniocerebral trauma, mental, neurological diseases patients; 5. to complete the whole research process, no postoperative delayed awakening, without other mental disorders, does not appear delirium; 6. adults aged 20 to 70.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. preoperative have obvious cognitive function was abnormal; 2. the degree of culture is extremely low, unable to cooperate to complete inventory; 3. room with a ventricular septal defect repair or use of extracorporeal circulation operation; 4. has a history of craniocerebral trauma, mental, neurological diseases patients; 5. to reject or fail to complete the whole person, serious postoperative complications result in delayed awakening, other mental abnormality, delirium; 6. minors.
