Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnostic criteria of dn: albumin excretion rate>=20ug/min or >=30mg/24hr; 2. stable metabolic control: the level of hba1c of each month differs that of baseline within 10%, which lasts for 3 months at least;blood pressure control: <160/90mmhg for 6 months at least; 3. aged 60 to 80 yrs;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. tumor; 2. severe liver, heart or other temic disease; 3. allergy to gag; 4. long-term application of corticosteroids, adrenocorticotropic hormone, immunosuppressor or alkylating agent; 5. serum creatinine >150umol/l, albumin excretion rate>3g/24h, urinary tract infection or hematuresis; 6. gestation or lactation period; 7. patients who are taking orally anticoagulant, antiplatelet or non-steroid anti-inflammatory agents; if the patients are taking orally aspirin, there is no necesry to stop it; 8. hemorrhage history of digestive tract or other location within half of a year, or active bleeding right now.
