Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 3-6 years old, no limit of gender; have the performance of middle ear effusion and hearing loss, with or without rhino-sinusitis; generally in good condition; informed consent; voluntary participation; 2. All the young children after cochlear implantation of the three hospitals; informed consent; voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with heart pacemakers, severely heart, lung and kidney failure, malignancy, various bleeding disorders, acute infectious diseases, high fever disease, recovery time after heart disease, and so on; with craniofacial and nervous system abormalities; with genetic syndromes.
