Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: obese patients of elective major gynecological laparoscopy, ASA grade I or II, age 34-61 years, body mass index between 30 and 35 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: serious cardiac disease,chronic obstructive bronchitis and airway allergy
