Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with primary invasive ductal breast cancer verified by cytology or pathology receiving chemotherapy, aged 18-65 years, KPS score 60 points, and expected survival more than 3 months, voluntarily sign informed constent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with systemic metastasis of breast cancerreceiving palliative chemotherapy,with structural heart disease before chemotherapy, with serious disease of vital organs such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and systematic severe primary diseases (1.5 times the ALT, AST >upper limit of normal, Cr>ULN), WBC <4*10^9/L, platelets <80*10^9/L, hemoglobin <80g/L. with neurological and psychiatric disorders and unable or unwilling to co-collaborators. Allegy to study drugs,pregnancy, lactation or recent fertility planner. patients participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months.
