Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women at 12-16 week gestation; 2. those who are healthy and not diagnosed any clinical complication; 3. null-parity; 4. currently living in the study sites.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. not null-parity; 2. have other serious clinical complications.
