Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients met the OCD criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (4th edition, test revision)(DSM-IV-TR) and had Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) score more than 16.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included the presence of severe cognitive deficits or some other axis I diagnosis (including schizophrenia, substance abuse, or developmental disabilities; but not including depression or anxiety disorder) or being <18 years old.
