25 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Determination of basal hormone levels meet at least one of following 3 items: (1) 10U/L FSH more than 10U/L and less than 40U/L; (2) FSH/LH more than 3.6; (3) E2 more than 80pg/ml. 2. Ultrasonic Doppler examination meet at least one of following four items: (1) Side ovarian volume less than 3cm3; (2) Ovary diameter0.65; Resistance index or The systolic peak/Diastolic low value ratio >2.0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ovarian tissue implement qualitative sex pathological change and hyperprolactinemia, and other systemic diseases, hypothyroidism; 2. Lipiodol angiography confirmed bilateral fallopian tube obstruction by the uterus and fallopian tube; 3. Infertility caused by male factors;
