Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: "Self rating Depression Scale" (SDS) standard scores between 53-62.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With a history of one or more manic or hypomanic episodes; Patients with cerebrovascular disease, cardiovascular disease and Alzheimer's disease; Patients with schizophrenia and other mental disorders; Women preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy and lactation; People who could not be evaluated because of acute symptoms of depression; People with dutch act ideation, mental motor inhibition, loss etc.; People in the treatment of diseases and taking various drugs; People involved in other research projects; People with malignant tumor or intestinal polyposis etc.; People taking nutritional supplements containing folic acid or zinc in the past 2 months; People with serum zinc lower than 10-10.7 mol/L (65-70 g/dl); People with serum folic acid lower than 6.8nmoL/L (3ng/ml).
