Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The participators at the age of 20 to 40 must be healthy; 2. The man can not have operation within 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The following history diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, stroke, epilepsy, migraine need to be specifically recorded; 2. The man who had kidney, liver disease can not attend this experiment; 3. Within 3 months,participators can not have a stress event; 4. Participators must sign the informed consent.
