Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The required operation for treatment of complicated cataract after silicone oil infusion and in patients with age-related cataract patients with a total of 60 cases, including 30 cases of complicated cataract after silicone oil infusion patients, 30 patients with age-related cataract; 2. All the complicated cataract after silicone oil infusion in patients with previous vitrectomy operation by the same operation to complete; 3. Cataract operation have the same operation completed by ultrasonic emulsification operation; 4. Inclusion criteria refer to LOCS III classification standard.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Can not tolerate surgery; 2. Ocular complications caused by Diabetes and severe systemic diseases; 3. With a history of ocular trauma history or other ocular disease complicated with cataract; 4. Mechanical injury of lens in the Vitrectomy; 5. Not adhering to treatment and failing to follow by the research plan according to plan.
