Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age of patients is between 18 and 80; all the patients are conform to the definition of 2012 severe sepsis and septic shock. the reference: Dellinger RP, Levy MM, Rhades A, et al. Surviving Sepsis Campaign: international guidelines for management of severe sepsis and septic shock,2012[J]. Intensive Care Med, 2013, 39(1):165-228.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: malignant tumor, endstage, severe rheumatoid, cardiac shock, obstructive shock, immunity severe deficiencies (for example: HIV infection cases), pregnancy women, leuemia and reject to operation.
