Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subject is characterized by chronic cough, sputum production and dyspnea; 2. History of exposure to risk factors; 3. The subject is performed lung function tests, and it is necessary for them that forced expiratory volume in 1s (FEV1)/forced vital capacity (FVC) less than 70% after the inhalation of bronchodilator; 4. Subjects range in age from 40 to 90 years old; 5. It is necessary for subjects with conscious, no communication barriers and close collaboration; 6. Subjects volunteer to participate in the experiment, have better compliance, and signed informed consent; 7. Subjects are the local resident population.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with other diseases such as bronchiectasis, active tuberculosis, bronchial asthma, lung cancer, etc, are characterized by wheezing or breathing difficulties; 2. Subjects with other systemic inflammatory diseases, such as arthritis, connective tissue diseases, and so on; 3. Subjects with mental illness, cognitive deficits and communication barrier; 4. Subjects with overweight or obese men and women (BMI more than 30kg/m2).
