Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To choose the patients with recurrent hepatolithiasis in our department, no gender and no age limit. Recurrent hepatolithiasis were present in all patients and they all had the histroy of biliary tract operation, and the dilated bile ducts exist in the distal calculus (target bile duct more than 0.5cm).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients with abnormal heart and pulmonary functions who could not tolerate general anesthesia, Child-Pugh grade c level of liver function, complicated with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis (AOSC), the patients with bile duct carcinomas in choledochal cysts, the patients with no dilated bile ducts (targe bile duct less than 0.5cm), the patiests with no history of biliary tract surgery.
