Two groups:Children will play game during 45 minutes session every time versus no intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The children aged 10~12 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any physical and psychological illness that may prevent them from playing video and participating in PA will be excluded.

BMI, Motivation and self-efficacy on food, water , fruit and physical activity at week 10;

Food intake preference, Physical activity level by questionnaire and accelerometer at week 10;
