Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Outpatients were diagnosed type 2 diabetes and had not recieved previous antihyperglycaemic therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes or secondary diabetes; 2. Patients who recieved previous antihyperglycaemic therapy; 3. History of acute diabetic complications, history of trauma and history of surgery within the past month; 4. With severe chronic diabetes complications(such as diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy); 5. Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system primary serious diseases; 6. Malignant tumor, pregnant women and those with poor general condition; 7. With a history of abdominal operation or intestinal obstruction, long-term medication affecting intestinal motility and chronic intestinal diseases; 8. Participating in other clinical trials; 9. Alcohol or psychoactive substance abusers and addicts; 10. According to the judgment of researchers, it will reduce the possibility to participate the study or make the participating more complex, for example, change the work or living environment frequently.
