Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. People who are lower extremity amputation (any site) or have history of genital surgery; 2. Lower limb amputation age 18-70 years / genital resection patients aged 30-80 years; 3. There are varying degrees of phantom limb pain or genital excrution after surgery; 4. Informed consents have signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are fear of acupuncture or there are skin infection near acupuncture points,or coagulation disorders are not suitable for acupuncture treatment; 2. People who are fear of TMS and other reasons that can not be stimulated by TMS 3. People who have cognitive disorders, speech impairment and dementia; 4. People who have metal residues in the body (including dentures, pacemakers, neurostimulators, medical pumps, etc.); 5. People who have mental illness, epilepsy and other family history or history.
