Interventions

Experimental group:24-week sessions targeting at respects of hypertensive knowledge and lifestyle modifications will be delivered to the trial group at Sethar Wuming Buddhist college
control group:Participants in the control group will not attend any class or receive any intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult Tibetans, who are willing to take part in the program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) blood pressure equal or greater than 160/100mmHg; 2) ranked as high or very high risk according to total cardiovascular risk stratification in recent guidelines[15]; 3) with severe medical conditions which refine their autonomous behaviorsl; 4) without ability to complete the follow-up.
