18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. informed consent was obtained; 2. diagnose as RON: (1) NPC radiation history; (2) acute painless decreased vision; (3) defect of visual field and abnomal VEP; (4) edema of optic disk,thickening of RNFL in OCT or leakage of optic disk in FFA; (5) other optic disk disease excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No light pulse or pale disk; 2. other optic disk diseases; 3. uncontrollable glaucoma (IOP>25 mmHg after treatment or C/D>0.8); 4. other retinal diseases; 5. other ocular or systemic diseases and medication affecting BCVA; 6. PDT, anti-VEGF or glucocorticoid was performed in 6 months; 7. ocular surgery; 8. uncontrollable diabetes(FBG=7.0 mmol/L or BG2H=11.1 mmol/L; 9. uncontrollable HBP(BP=150/95 mmHg after treatment); 10. stroke history; 11. FFA unavailable; 12. others.
