Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASA grade I or II undergoing elective radical resection of lung cancer, aged 55-75 years, weighing 50-70 kg, and 20 men and women, had normal lung, liver, liver, kidney function and biochemical tests before surgery. There are ST-T changes of EKG, which can suggest the statue of chronic myocardial ischemia. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers can be ruled out. Subjects volunteer to join the group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: This medicine has the following contraindications: 1. severe liver or kidney dysfunction in patients; 2. severe brain dysfunction in patients; 3. severe hypotension or cardiogenic shock in patients; 4. Eisenmenger's syndrome or patients with primary pulmonary hypertension; 5. right ventricular infarction; 6. dehydrated patients; 7. nervous cycle of weak patients; 8. angle-closure glaucoma patients; 9. nitrate and nitrite lipid allergy history; 10. using the drug containing inhibitors of type 5 phosphodiesterase in patients; 11. a history of peptic ulcer patients. Once found contraindications patients, we resolutely excluded so as to avoid injury.
