Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: less than 15 weeks gestation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age<18 years, diabetes diagnosedbefore pregnancy, medications that influence glucose metabolism (e.g. oral corticosteroids and metformin), multiple pregnancies, physical disability, current substance abuse,severe psychiatric disorders
