Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. examined obese (BMI = 95th percentile for age and gender) ; 2. children (6-12 years) and adolescents (13–17 years); 3. Willing to participate in this study,the guardian signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have heart, brain, lung, kidney and sports system and other serious organic disease; Have chronic diseases that are taking medication; Have a history of mental illness; Unable to complete follow-up or compliance; Unwilling to sign the informed consent book.
