Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The systemic preoperative conforms to the American Society of Anesthesiologists' standard ASA grade I ~ II grade standard: 1. Aged 18-60 years old, consciousness was sober, and there was no language communication disorder; 2. The same thyroid elective operation under general anesthesia for patients with tracheal intubation; 3. No severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; 4. The 4 hour visual analogue scale (VAS) score was more than 3 points after the operation, and the patient's informed consent and good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with laryngitis or chronic pharyngitis and other respiratory diseases; 2. Patients who are taking corticosteroids; 3. Patients with micrognathia, mouth opening degree is less than 3cm and neck stubby affecting tracheal intubation; 4. Diabetic; 5. The patient refused or had a bad intention.
