Interventions

Treatment group:Puncture into the skin at the lower 6 point, subcutaneous shallow needling, no needling sensations
Control group:Sham acupuncture at the lower 6 point

17 Years to 22 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) healthy men of 17 to 22 years old; (2) no exhausted exercise during the last two weeks; (3) no experience with treatment of WAA; (4) signature of informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) man with exhausted exercise before the induction; (2) take other treatments after the exercise; (3) poor treatment compliance.
