Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 ~ 65 years old; 2. meet the GOLD 2015 COPD diagnostic criteria, bronchodilator inhaled lung function test FEV1 / FVC% <70%. At the same time, cough, sputum, dyspnea and other symptoms worse than the daily variation, the need for oral or intravenous antibiotics; 3. clinical symptoms of sore throat or yellow sputum; 4. expected to be able to follow up for 10 days; 5. Sign informed consent form; 6. women of childbearing age during the trial to take effective contraceptive measures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. need to add or increase inhalation / oral / intravenous glucocorticoid, the expected dose of more than 40mg / d, more than 5 days; 2. bronchial asthma, interstitial lung fibrosis, bronchiectasis and other lung diseases; or high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic liver and kidney disease, diabetes, chronic gastrointestinal diseases, cancer, critically ill patients; 3. should not be administered to the gastrointestinal tract; 4. pregnant or lactating women; 5. known to Qingfei inhibitory capsule allergy; 6. mental state can not cooperate with the observer or cognitive impairment.
