Upper Limb Spastic Paralysis after Stroke

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of cerebral infarction by cranial CT or MRI; Unilateral limb with spastic paralysis; (3) Patients with increased muscle tone and tendon hyperreflexia; (4) Aged from 18-75, onset time from half a month to 6months; (5) Have not take sedatives or muscle relaxants recently; (6) Signature of informed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Not conforming to the inclusion criteria; (2) Patients already take other anticonvulsive therapy; (3) Pregnant women or having drug allergy history; (4) Increased muscle tone caused by other reason; (5) With other severe disease.
