Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. clinical diagnosis of bronchiectasis: chronic chronic cough and expectorated expectoration; Pulmonary auscultation has a fixed wet tone: chest CT shows thickening of bronchial wall with column and cystic dilation 3. at least 4 of the following 9 items: (1) change of phlegm or phlegm; (2) aggravated breathing difficulties; (3) aggravated coughing; (4) fever; (5) reprieve; (6) there was a marked decline in general condition or activity; (7) decreased lung function; (8) the progress of lung lesions in chest radiography; (9) changes in lung auscultation. 4. it is expected to be followed up for one month; 5. signed informed consent; 6. women of childbearing age take effective contraceptive measures during the trial period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) severe respiratory failure and the need for ventilator therapy; 2) combine other serious medical diseases such as malignant tumor, heart and kidney disease, metabolic diseases, etc.; 3) unfavorable gastrointestinal tract for drug users; 4) pregnant or lactating women; 5) allergic to ingredients; 6) mental states cannot cooperate with the observer or the cognitive disordered.
