Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2007); 2. Not taken other drugs within recent 3 weeks; 3. Aged over 60 years; 4. Either gender; 5. Provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee joint with other pathological changes, such as knee joint tumor, tubercle, and suppuration; 2. Metabolic bone disease; 3. Acute injury; 4. Rheumatoid arthritis; 5. Gout; 6. Knee trauma.
