Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are in line with the Clinical diagnostic criteria for age-related macular degeneration proposed by the Chinese Medical Association ophthalmology eye fundus disease group in 1986; 2. Patients who have exudative age-related macular degeneration as confirmed by indocyanine green angiography; 3. Patients who are for the first time confirmed as having age-related macular degeneration and undergo relevant treatments; 4. Aged over 50 years; 5. Irrespective of genders; 6. Provision of signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are difficult to distinguish from other retinal macular degeneration by fundus examination; 2. Unwilling to receive treatment regimen.
