45 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lung function:FEVJFVC<70%, or FEVl<80%ofthe predicted value; 2. Have symptoms of the following three clinical findings: worsening of dyspnea; increase in sputum purulence; and increase in sputum volume.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of asthma and allergic disease; 2. Bronchodilators test positive; 3. Use of systemic steroids within one month; 4. Respiratory failure requires mechanical ventilation; 5. Combined with pneumonia, pneumothorax, heart failure, severe arrhythmias, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, thromboembolism, endocrine disease; 6. Combined with severe organ dysfunction or malignant tumor; 7. Patients who still smoke; 8. History of mental illness, alcohol or drug abuse; 9. Refuse to cooperate.
