Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. GOLD 2015 copd diagnosis standard, namely the lung function of inhaled bronchodilator FEV1 / FVC % < 70%. With the symptoms such as cough, sputum, dyspnea, increase more than the daily variation, need oral or intravenous antibiotic therapy; 3. Clinical symptoms include sore throat or yellow phlegm; 4. It is expected to be followed for 10 days; 5. Signed informed consent; 6. Childbearing age women to adopt effective contraceptive measures during the test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Need to add or increase the suction/oral/intravenous glucocorticoid, expected dose more than 40 mg/d, time more than 5 days; 2. Bronchial asthma, interstitial fibrosis, bronchiectasis and other pulmonary diseases; Or high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic hepatic kidney disease, diabetes, chronic gastrointestinal disease, malignant tumors, critical patients; 3. Unfavorable gastrointestinal drug delivery; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Known allergic to clear lung fire suppression capsule; 6. The mental state cannot match the observer or the cognitive disordered.
