Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis was early gastric cancer or precancerous lesions: pathological types were low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, high grade intraepithelial neoplasia, and carcinoma in situ; 2. The lesion range is mucous layer and submucosa; 3. Voluntary sign of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Gastroscope biopsy is suggestive of signet ring cell carcinoma or undifferentiated carcinoma; 2. The depth of the lesion exceeds the submucosa; 3. Imaging findings found lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; 4. Patient compliance is not compatible.
