Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntary participation in the study and signed informed consent,elderly patients over the age of 60 with general anesthesia and thoracic or lumbar prone surgery, the estimated operation time> 2 hours; ASA grade I-III patients; no upper respiratory infection within 1 month, no cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accident within 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disorders of consciousness, elderly patients with severe cognitive impairment; patients with severe arrhythmia and malignant hypertension; serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease patients with hemiplegia, speech negative, audio-visual dysfunction; Serious arrhythmia, liver and kidney dysfunction, and patients with other severe systemic diseases
