Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. more than 28 and less than 35 weeks gestation at the time of enrollment; 2. Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS)scores = 9; 3. willing to participate; 4. single birth primiparas; 5. attended periodic antenatal appointments; 6. give birth in the research hospital, and 7. receive the 42-days postnatally follow-up in the research hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. EPDS scores=13 and depression diagnosed by Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI); 2. history of psychiatry; 3. intellectual disabilities; 4. unable to breastfeeding after delivery because of severe medically defined complications during pragnancy
