Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 21 to 35 years old; 2. Patients must have-1.00D to-10.00D of manifest spherical equivalent myopia and less than 1.5D astigmatism;spherical difference between both eyes less than 0.50D, astigmatism difference between both eyes less than 0.50D; 3. Patients conform to the indications of TPRK; 4. Patients' best spectacle corrected visual acuity must be 20/20 or better in each eye; 5. Patients must be able and willing to return for scheduled follow-up examinations for the duration of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients conform to contraindication of TPRK; 2. Patients who are participating in other ophthalmic clinical trials during this clinical investigation.
