Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Will be given elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy, aged 18-65 years old; 2. ASA physical status I to II; 3. BMI18-30kg/?
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refused or quitted the research; 2. Companied by severe complication of other systems; 3. Suffering from alimentary tract hemorrhage in 60 days or peptic ulcer before; 4. Suffering from acute or chronic pain; 5. Alcohol or opioid drugs dependence patients; 6. Long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 7. Allergic to drugs using in this research.
