Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. accord with diagnostic criteria for chronic gastritis; 2. The detection methods of more than two different principles confirmed HP positive(Stop using PPI, H2RA, bismuth, and antibiotics for the first two weeks of examination); 3. Aged between 20~80 years; 4. Permanent local, informed consent to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic atrophic gastritis with severe dysplasiaUpper gastrointestinal bleedingPeptic ulcerGastrointestinal tumor; 2. Organic pathological changes of digestive system(chronic pancreatitisCirrhosis etc.), or systemic disease that has an influence on the power of the alimentary tract (Hyperthyroidism, diabetes, chronic renal insufficiency, mental and nervous system lesions etc.); 3. Patients with major organ diseases such as heart and liver, kidney and other major organs, hematopoietic system diseases, and tumors; 4. Use of drugs that may affect the results of the test within 2 weeks (Acid resistant, PPI, H2RA, bismuth and antibiotics); 5. HP had been eradicated in 1 years but failed; 6. Pregnant women and breast-feeding women; 7. There is a history of allergy to the drug research institute.
