Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20 and 80 years; going to undergo PCI had been made due to non-ST segment elevation ACS between January2018 and January 2019.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Need to urgent PCI for ACS, as well as recent or planned medical treatment with a glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitor, contraindication to the study drug, a history of transient ischemic attack, active internal or bleeding diathesis,significant hepatic dysfunction platelet count 2.5 mg/dl,
