Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Compliant with the acne diagnosis criteria in the Guideline for diagnosis and treatment of acne (2014 revised version) that is prepared by the acne treatment expert group in 2014; no restriction on genders; no severe mental disease or cognitive impairment; willing to accept the questionnaire with informed consent and sign on the informed consent form; to be able to understand all questions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of dementia, severe cognitive impairment and mental diseases.
