Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 1986 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) classification criteria for knee osteoarthritis; 2. Aged =18 years old; 3. Accessible to Guangdong Internet Hospital telemedicine platforms in the community; 4. without other chronic diseases (etc.diabetes,coronary heart disease,stroke)or mental disease; 5. With normal understanding and communication skills; 6. Willing to take part in this research.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Along with other chronic diseases (etc.diabetes,coronary heart disease,stroke) or mental disease; 2. With poor understanding and communication skills.
