Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the Western medicine migraine (migraine with typical aura or aura migraine headache) diagnostic criteria. For clinical case of administration, migraine with aura only includes migraine with typical aura, and for other types of non-migraine headache with typical aura, typical headaches without headache, familial hemiparesis Headache, sporadic hemiplegia Migraine; 2. the first migraine attack age = 50 years old; 3. aged 18-65 years old; 4. signed informed consent; 5. patients for women; Note: intracranial organic diseases can not be excluded head CT scan to exclude intracranial organic diseases caused by headache.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. a month due to headache taking painkillers> 10 times; 2. In the first 3 months before enrollment, antipsychotics or antidepressants were used; 3. alcohol or other drug abusers; 4. merger of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 5. mentally ill patients; 6. Although headache, but as the symptoms of other diseases, such as hypertension, traumatic brain injury syndrome and intracranial organic disease; 7. allergic to the drug; 8. pregnant or lactating women; 9. basal migraine and other special types of migraine.
