Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia; 2. Aged=40 years; 3. No prostate tumor; 4. Patients without other serious chronic diseases; 5. Patients with clear awareness and have the ability to express; 6. Volunteer to join the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to corn flour; 2. Having selenium supplementation experience or taking health care products to improve prostate function over the past three months; 3. Have chronic liver or kidney diseases, neurological, gastrointestinal or metabolic disorder; 4. patients who undergone prostatectomy; 5. Taking prostate hyperplasia related drugs within the last 3 months
