18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–II; (2) Aged 18 to 70 years old; (3) Orthopaedic major surgeryartificial hip replacement, artificial knee joint replacement, spinal operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cardiac conduction block; (2) Severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure [SBP] >210 mmHg) or hypotension (SBP < 90 mmHg)severe bradycardia (heart rate [HR] <50 beats/min); (3) Serious obstacle of liver and renal function; (4) Central nervous system disease; (5) History of chronic pain. The usage of sedative and antidepressant drugs. Alcoholism; (6) Immune system diseases and receiving immunotherapy; (7) Recent history of blood transfusion; (8) History of allergy and severe infection.
