Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-75 years male or female, be able to tolerate the surgery; 2.ASA I-III; 3.The IVU, renal CT scan or CTU examination revealed solitary renal pelvis calculi; 4.The IVU, renal CT scan or CTU examination revealed the stone diameter of 10mm <maximum diameter <= 20mm; 5.Volunteer to participate in and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrollable systemic bleeding disorder; 2. Severe spinal deformity, severe hip deformity, and difficulty in lithotomy position; 3. Uncontrolled urinary tract infection; 4. Any urological anatomical factors that can fail to operate the endoscopic surgery; 5. Pregnancy, planned pregnancy within 3 months, lactating women; 6. The researchers consider that the patient was not eligible for this research, including (but not limited to): Known carrier-human immunity Defective virus (HIV) or suffering from AIDS (AIDS); suffering from mental illness; infectious diseases.
