Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A critically ill patient who needs mechanical ventilation Stay in ICU for more than 24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need to apply immunosuppressive agents and hormones; 2. Surgery is not able to treat enteral nutrition and intestinal nutrition taboos; 3. People younger than 18 and older than 80 years; 4. Stay in ICU for less than 24 hours or death; 5. There are EN taboos.
