18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with malignant tumor confirmed by pathology or cytology; 2. aged 18 to 85 years male and female patients, hospitalization or outpatient; 3. patients with application of EGFRIs and EGFRIs-related skin pruritus; 4. patients with facial acneiform rash; 5. patients without other anti-pruritus treatment within two weeks; 6. no mental disorders and normal language ability to cooperate with the evaluation of symptom and quality of life; 7. no severe dysfunction of heart, liver, or kidney; 8. signd information consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with other itching dermatologic diseases, like atopic dermatitis, and other itching diseases, like renal failure and cholestasis; 2. patients with allergic constitution; 3. patients just with EGFRIs-related rash, xerosis and nail changes; 4. patients with EGFRIs discontinuance.
