Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with seborrheic dermatitis (skin lesions in the face) and healthy people (no skin related diseases, no skin lesions); aged 18 to 65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: With history of using anti-fungal agents, antibiotics and corticosteroid agents on the skin in the last two weeks; With history of systematically used antibiotics, antifungal drugs, corticosteroid hormones, antihistamine drugs, estrogen, immunomotor, anti-androgen preparation and other therapeutic agents in last two months; Severe skin infections or combined with psoriasis will be excluded; Patients allergic to fusidic acid and pimecrolimus will be excluded; Women in pregnancy or lactation were excluded; Patients with serious cardiovascular disease, diabetic hypertension or severe immune function were excluded; Alcoholism, drug abusers and dependants will be excluded; Patients who cannot cooperate with the doctor effectively were excluded; Patients without signing the informed consent book were excluded; Patients participated in other clinical trials within last month will be excluded.
