1 Years to 14 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 1 to 14 years; 2. Inclusion Score=4 (a special Pediatric Inclusion Scoring Table); 3. General anesthesia with endotracheal intubation will be administrated for operation; 4.ASA Grade I-IV; 5. Signed Informed Consent Form (Signed by the patients legal guardian).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Application of inhalation anesthetics; 2. Cardiopulmonary bypass for congenital heart disease; 3. Craniocerebral operation not suitable for BIS; 4. Operation time less than 60 minutes and/or day surgery; 5. Medication history of sedative hypnotic drugs, analgesic and/or antipsychotics; 6. Epilepsy, other nerve system diseases and/or psychiatric disorders with poor control; 7. Unsuitable for enrollment considered by investigators; 8. Hypersensitivity to any of the drugs intended to use in this study.
