32 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective gynecologic oncology patients scheduled 60 cases, female, ASA grade I or II, aged 25 to 55 years old, body mass index <30kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have difficulties in induction of tracheal intubation (more than three successful intubation); have a history of mental illness, taking phenothiazines and antidepressants; long-term use of opiate or diazepam drugs; have a history of alcoholism; weight greater than or less than 20% of the standard weight.
